Terms of service

1. Who we are

These terms apply to purchases made on mivora.co.uk (“Mivora”, “we”, “us”). Contact: mivorauk@gmail.com. Company details are shown in our Legal notice.

2. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation email; the order confirmation email acknowledges receipt only. We may decline an order — for example where an item is unavailable, a price was displayed incorrectly, or we cannot verify payment — and will refund any amount taken.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the full price you pay, including any applicable taxes and delivery. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery is free to all UK addresses. Estimated times are set out in our Delivery policy and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellation and returns

You may cancel within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we extend this to 30 days as set out in our Returns policy. Hygiene-sealed cosmetics and personal-care items must be returned unopened.

6. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, using information supplied by the manufacturer. Shades may display differently on different screens. Where packaging shows US units, the metric equivalent is given in the description. Always read the label and patch-test cosmetics and hair colour before use.

7. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

8. Age restrictions

Some products (for example hair bleach and certain hair colourants) are not intended for use on persons under 16. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or over.

9. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
